About Me and Boltt
I’m is a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), revenue growth strategist, and Managing Director of Boltt, a company which helps B2B companies break through frustrating plateaus, build scalable sales engines, and accelerate predictable revenue. Over a 30+ year career, I’ve led revenue growth across Fortune 500 enterprises, high-growth startups, and my own ventures, resulting in multiple successful exits and hundreds of millions of dollars in pipeline and revenue impact.

I partner with CEOs, PE-backed leadership teams, and B2B founders who are either growing slower than they need or are ready to scale but stuck somewhere between founder-led sales and a fully operational go-to-market engine. My typical clients are professional services, SaaS, and technology-enabled businesses that need a proven revenue leader to design, execute, and own their revenue strategy while keeping leadership and GTM teams aligned and accountable.
Phase 1: Growing at Scale
For the first 12 years of my career, I led teams at large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies, where I hired, trained, and managed sales and go-to-market teams at scale. This phase gave me deep experience in building systems, processes, and management rhythms that drive repeatable performance across large commercial organizations.
Phase 2: Entrepreneur and 5x Founder
Over the next 15 years, I shifted into entrepreneurship, starting and scaling multiple companies, including two venture-backed tech startups I co-founded. Three of my companies achieved positive financial exits, including an AI-driven MarTech startup that scaled from 0 to a $24M run rate, after which I exited to a fund when we closed our Series B round.
Phase 3: Fractional Growth Leader
For the past 5+ years, I’ve focused exclusively on fractional CRO and fractional sales leadership. I helps companies that have hit a growth ceiling redesign their revenue model, align sales and marketing, and install scalable systems so they can break through plateaus and reach new levels of success.
How I Create Impact
As a hands-on fractional CRO, I do more than advise — I build and lead the revenue engine alongside your team. My work typically includes clarifying positioning and ICP, designing the go-to-market strategy, optimizing pricing and packaging, aligning sales and marketing, and installing the operating cadence that drives consistent new ARR and expansion revenue.
